On the morning of March 30, 2017, Song Chunhua, Director of the Economic Development Department of the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, came to the company to conduct research on the development of enterprise ethnic and religious work and the production and supply of halal food. The heads of the municipal and district ethnic and religious affairs bureaus accompanied the research, and the company's chairman Du Renhuan accompanied them.
Director Song and his team inspected the production workshop, finished product warehouse, product display room, and quality inspection center, listened carefully, and occasionally talked with employees. Chairman Du reported on the implementation of Minzong work and the production and supply of halal products. The company was approved by the Provincial Islamic Association in 2012 and recognized as a designated production enterprise for halal food. Over the past five years, we have conscientiously implemented relevant national laws and regulations, formulated and improved halal food production management systems, fully respected the customs and habits of halal food consumers, consciously accepted supervision from religious departments and provincial and municipal Islamic associations, and actively promoted the development of the halal food industry. The company has mainly focused on the following aspects in the implementation of ethnic and religious work and the production of halal food: firstly, expanding the supply of products in ethnic and religious areas. In recent years, the company has sold more than 500 tons of halal edible oil to these areas every year; Secondly, establish a specialized agency responsible for the production and organization coordination of halal products. Last year, the company updated its production equipment and processes to ensure that halal products meet halal requirements in raw material procurement, production and processing, transportation and storage; Thirdly, provide good public welfare services for the people. Last year, the company organized a training course on oil tea technology for ethnic minority farmers, guiding them in oil tea cultivation and helping them become prosperous. Last year, we also paid a visit to the ethnic minority villages, established a long-term support relationship with the local Halal Lamian Noodles restaurant, and provided support for Muslim brothers by giving edible oil and preferential prices. Director Song affirmed the company's work in serving the Minzong region and producing halal food over the past few years, while also calling for innovation in enriching varieties and expanding supply. Director Song emphasized that enterprises should firmly remember that the supply of halal food is related to national unity and social harmony. They should continuously improve various systems, strictly manage production, enhance product quality, and provide more halal and beautiful food for society.
