On February 23rd, a provincial oil tea industry development research team composed of the Provincial Grain Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance came to the company for research. The research team inspected the company's oil tea planting base and production processing plant area, and expressed appreciation for the company's commitment to the development of the oil tea industry for more than ten years. They showed a strong interest in the company's innovative development of traditional industries by fully utilizing modern production technology and sales methods, and proposed that this is an effective way for the oil tea industry to grow and strengthen, which is worth promoting.
At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Du reported to the research group on the development history of the company's oil tea industry. The company has been building an oil tea base since 2008. Currently, the core demonstration area covers nearly 10000 acres, mainly distributed in Jinqiao, Datang, Xishan, and Shigang areas. In terms of processing, we will improve production capacity through technological upgrades on the existing basis, including: adding a cold pressing production line to increase the daily processing capacity of tea seeds to 70 tons; Revamp the existing leaching equipment to match the previous process; Transforming existing refining equipment and adding fully automatic devices to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption, increasing oil yield, and improving efficiency; New tea saponin processing equipment and tea meal feed and fertilizer processing equipment have been added to ensure the comprehensive utilization of by-products. Through technological transformation, we aim to achieve a comprehensive output value of tea oil and by-products accounting for over 70% of the company's total output value within three years. When it comes to how the government can play a role in promoting the development of the oil tea industry, Chairman Du put forward suggestions. Firstly, establish and improve the standardized technical system for oil tea, strengthen the administrative management system and measures for product quality, and regulate market behavior. Secondly, integrate tea oil brands, establish a unified tea oil brand throughout the province, and adopt an admission system to enhance market competitiveness. Thirdly, cultivate leading oil tea enterprises, explore product markets, and build core oil tea brands. Fourth, establish a socialized service system for the oil tea industry, cultivate markets for raw materials, products, production materials, and related technologies.
