Wei Yunhua, inspector of the Provincial Forestry Department, Wang Lang, director and deputy director of the Provincial Forestry Industry Development Management Bureau, Cai Hengyi, and Chen Jianfeng, deputy director of the Civil Organization Management Bureau of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, were invited to attend the meeting. Secretary General Zeng Rongchun presided over the meeting.
The meeting summarized and reviewed the work of the association since 2010, put forward requirements for how the association can do a good job in industry supervision and better serve enterprises, and deployed how to carry out the work of various professional committees. The meeting requires further practical guidance on technical services and selection of varieties to achieve high and stable production of oil tea. In terms of processing and market integration, it is necessary to reverse the passive situation of consumers thinking that the authenticity of tea oil in the market is difficult to distinguish, and to reverse the misconception that tea seed oil is inferior to olive oil in the high-end edible oil market.
The meeting elected the President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, and Secretary General by a show of hands vote. Unanimously approved Jiangxi Chunyuan Green Food Co., Ltd. as the president unit and Li Bixia as the president; Four companies, including Jiangxi Lvyuan Oil Industry Co., Ltd., serve as executive vice president units, while four others, including Du Renhuan, serve as executive vice presidents; Fourteen companies including Jiangxi Yuansen Oil Tea Technology Co., Ltd. are vice chairman units, and fourteen companies including Yu Liangsen are vice chairmen. At the same time, the two professional committees of planting and processing were replaced at the meeting, and the "Establishment and Operation Rules of the Planting and Processing Professional Committee of Jiangxi Oil Tea Industry Association" were passed. Du Renhuan was elected as the director of the Processing Professional Committee of Jiangxi Oil Tea Industry Association. The meeting also decided to establish an industry integration working group and an oil tea technology expert group of Jiangxi Oil Tea Industry Association.

Secondly, we need to accelerate the pace of corporate restructuring, and individual enterprises should break away from the concept of preferring chicken heads over phoenix tails, innovate their thinking, and achieve results.
